SHIPPING POLICY
Most of Aizuri's fair-made items are made for order. It takes from 1 up to 4 days to have your garment ready for shipping. You will be kept informed while I put all my love into cutting, sewing, and preparing your garment to be with you as soon as possible.
Your purchases will be sent to you with post.nl or DHLparcel.
In the Netherlands:
Free shipping estimated time 1 to 2 days.
Europe I:
€8,- shipping estimated time, varies widely depending on destination.
The rest of Europe and the world:
€16,- shipping estimated time, varies widely depending on destination.
Europe I: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden
RETURN POLICY
Each item can be returned, in the same state as received within 14 days. This means with original labels still attached and not worn, damaged, stained and washed.
The full price minus the shipping costs will be refunded upon receiving.
In case of a defect garment caused by an error of craftsmanship we will first proceed to repair. We think it is very important to mend these errors because of our values of making sustainable fashion.
If this is not possible or we can not guarantee the quality of the garment, you will be offered a new piece as replacement.
